What’s in it for you?
I aim to acquire one great company and operate it for the long haul. I will work to meet both personal and financial goals of the business owner, employees, and customers.
How am I going to do this?
I will provide liquidity and an opportunity for the current business owner to pursue the next stage in life, while preserving the hard-earned legacy that they have built.
who’s on my team?
I am partnering with a wealthy family (Halstatt Legacy Partners) to provide the capital to buy the company and additional expertise in running a business.
Home, Hard Work, Balance
These are things I value in my life and work. They are also the reasons I am seeking to purchase a business in Virginia, North Carolina, and South Carolina — that is where my wife and I are looking to deepen our roots, build a community, and begin a family of our own.
What I am looking for:
Well-established, private business in North Carolina, Virginia, or South Carolina
Annual profit greater than $1,000,000
What I can promise:
Ease of Transaction
I will be direct, honest, and upfront, and I will ask the same of you. My financial partner means the closing process will be swift and efficient.
Continued Legacy
I appreciate your history, and will work every day with the existing employees to ensure that your legacy persists. My partners and I have a long-term interest in running your business and will do so with integrity and passion.
Flexible Terms
Your goals and tax planning needs are important as we structure our deal. I can be flexible and plan a transition that creates the most value and meets your needs.
my sole purpose is to help a business owner transition their company to another set of trusted, hard-working hands.
Robbie Sutkay
My small-town childhood instilled in me a strong understanding that nothing would be given to me and I needed to earn anything that I want in life. This is why I am looking to operate a small business and continue the hard work that has built the company to where it is now.
I played college football and baseball to pay for school at Washington University in St. Louis where I studied engineering and learned how to solve complicated problems. Then, I learned how to live and die as a result of my efforts as a pacemaker sales rep in Michigan and Charlotte, NC. I quickly realized that I was looking to control my own destiny and decide how best to spend my time, so I decided to pursue an MBA at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. I fell in love with running small businesses during leadership roles at a custom furniture manufacturer and a small homecare company based in Raleigh, NC.
